• Ambassadors: Meets the third Wednesday of each month, at 8:30 a.m. at the Treasures of the Gulf Museum, 317 E. Railroad Ave. The Ambassadors attend ribbon cuttings and are liasons between the Chamber of Commerce and the business community.
• Port Isabel Merchant’s Committee: Meets the second Wednesday each month, in various locations. Call the Chamber office for more information. The Merchant’s Committee promotes local business.
• Marketing Committee: Meets the first Tuesday each month. A collaboration between the City of Port Isabel, the Economic Development Corporation, the Museums of Port Isabel and the Marketing Director. Hosts fam tours, sets advertising schedule and trade and travel show appearances.
• Christmas Lighted Boat Parade. Meets in November and December to coordinate this annual event.
